Who We Are

Melanie Berry (director) founded Perfect Motion in January 2001 after four successful years at Speedo International as their International Sports Marketing Manager. She managed the brands' involvement at events including the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour and World Championships and the 2000 World Triathlon Championships.

Over the last five years Melanie has led the growth of Perfect Motion into a multi faceted marketing agency with clients across a variety of high profile Olympic sports, including, triathlon, swimming and cycling. During that period she has managed major marketing and communications campaigns for the East Midlands Development Agency (cycling), Adidas (swimming) and the Cycle Show.

Out of office hours, Melanie takes an active role in competing in events. Over the last two years she has completed the UK Half Ironman triathlon and L'Etape du Tour, as well as being part of the winning female team "Specialized Starlets" at the 2005 Sleepless in the Saddle 24 hour cycling event.
