Brief:
To develop and implement a mass participation cycling event along with British Cycling and Pennine Events that would mirror stage 1 of the Tour de France 2007 (Greenwich to Canterbury).

Outcomes
Marketing:
  • An event that sold out in less than 24 hours
  • A major increase in web traffic to www.everydaycycling.com
  •  Dedicated charity "The Geoff Thomas Foundation"
Communications:
  • Extensive international, national, regional and cycling media coverage
  • National (The Independent) and specialist media (Cycling Plus) partners
