Perfect Motion operates touchrugby or Touch leagues across the East Midlands. Our leagues in Nottingham were first established in 2005 and regularly sell out over the core summer season. We also organise corporate touch events and charity fund raising tournaments and competitions. Touch is an extremely accessible sport played by men, women, boys and girls of all ages.
