Driving down advertising costs, looking for effective marketing channels and ensuring that the Theatre Royal Nottingham is sold out for productions ranging from Hamlet to Humpty Dumpty.
Our remit included briefing creative agencies, purchasing strategic large format outdoor advertising space (including billboards, buses, trams and ad gates).
We also liaised and negotiated with radio and television stations to secure the best rates, spot times and prominence for the budget and developed partnerships that helped us reach a large audiences.
We also aided in the production of the new website and the quarterly season brochure.
