Route management, logistics and operations: Route planning, health and safety Marshall, steward and volunteer organisation, briefing and management Working with charity partners to deliver the event Refreshment station planning and management Sponsor servicing and delivery Working with police, highways and local authorities on routing and safety
Outcomes: Successfully delivered a safe and secure ride for 4,000 participants Risk assessed and managed a new route for the event Introduced Marathon photos to the event for the first time Identified a merchandise partner for the event Managed the event on time and to budget Excellent rider, volunteer and partner feedback to date
